No cell phones in the studio. If you have a wearable device, keep the screen off. Our front desk is happy to hold your phone for an extenuating circumstance.

In this studio, there is no judgement. Choose to lift each other up. Choose to be kind.
Treat this space as your home. Place dirty towels and shoes in the back baskets. Return weights at the end of your ride. Our team will take care of the bikes!
Single Sessions and class packages can be purchased in the studio, or online. Once a class is purchased, you must reserve a spot in the class you’d like to attend. You can reserve a bike 7 days in advance.
We do not accept unpaid reservations in the studio or over the phone.
You cannot be rescheduled for a different class time within the 8-hour cancellation window.
By signing up for the waitlist, you are signing up for the class. If you get off the waitlist, you’ll receive an email at the email address associated with your MindBody account. You may be added to the class from the waitlist several hours before the class start, or at the start of class due to no-shows. If you are not present and added to the class from the waitlist, you’ll be penalized as a no-show. If you do not plan to come to the studio and wait, you need to remove yourself from the waitlist prior to class start time. By removing yourself from the waitlist prior to the start of class, you will not be penalized as a late cancel or no show.
You can cancel your reserved bike up to 8 hours prior to the start or class. That class will be returned to your account for future use. If you cancel within our 8-hour cancellation window and have an unlimited package, you’ll receive a $10 fee. If you have a class package or single session, you’ll lose that class.
Bikes are released to waitlisted riders three minutes prior to the start of class. If you are running late, call the studio and we’d be happy to hold your bike for you!
We do not offer refunds for any of our pricing options. In certain circumstances, we can offer a package extension, or account credit – email email@example.com for more details.
