Signature Cycle
Our Signature Cycle is a 45-minute high-intensity cardiovascular and strength training ride that incorporates light weights, choreography, and core work on the bike. In this class, our riders sculpt and sweat while listening to inspiring instructors, motivating playlists, and maximizing caloric burn.
Beat Burn by Tandem Cycle
Beat Burn is an off the bike, music inspired, beat driven class that encourages our community to move their body in a new way. The class incorporates strength training and toning exercises to provide a low impact, total body workout that enhances performance on the bike. Mat + towel provided. Please bring a water bottle and wear sneakers.
