Auto-Renew Package Terms: Our Auto-Renew Packages allow you unlimited access to our Signature Cycle class for one month or three months. These packages are non-refundable and require a minimum monthly commitment. The packages will auto-renew each month on the date you purchased the package. After your commitment, these packages will continue to renew until you contact us to cancel.

Cancellation: To cancel any time after the monthly commitment, email ridetandem@tandem-cycle.com a minimum of 7 days prior to your billing date. You are required to cancel any reservations 8 hours prior to the class start time. If you cancel within our 8-hour cancellation window, you will receive a $10 late cancel fee.

This package is eligible for a maximum of 2 uses in a 24 hour period. This package is not eligible for special event rides. Classes cannot be rescheduled for a different class time within the 8-hour cancellation window. If there is an extenuating circumstance, and you need to cancel your package within the allotted monthly contract there will be a one-time $50 fee. If you are traveling and need to freeze your package, you may do so for a minimum of 5 days and a maximum of 30, but you must give Tandem Cycle 5 days notice. You may freeze your package free of charge once every 6 months, all subsequent package freezes will incur a $15 fee.
